We started fixing our friends' tech problems. Then their neighbors called. Then it became a business.

How this started

In 2019, one of our founders spent six hours trying to connect a smart doorbell. The instructions were useless. Support couldn't help. Forums were full of people with the same issue and no solutions.

The problem wasn't the doorbell. It was a DHCP reservation conflict with the router. Five minutes to fix once you knew what to look for.

That pattern repeated everywhere: brilliant devices, terrible integration, frustrated owners who gave up.

We realized most tech support tries to solve problems over the phone by walking you through menus. That doesn't work when the issue is three layers deep in your network stack.

Our method

We show up. We look at your actual setup, not a theoretical version of it. We fix the real problem, not the symptom you Googled.

Most calls are resolved in one visit because we come prepared: diagnostic tools, replacement components, and enough experience to recognize patterns quickly.

We don't upsell. If your existing devices can work together, we make them work. If something genuinely needs replacing, we explain why before touching anything.

What we believe

Technology should disappear into your routine. If you're constantly managing it, something's configured wrong.

Documentation should be written for humans, not engineers. When we set something up, we explain it in terms that make sense to you.

Security isn't optional. Default passwords get changed. Unnecessary ports get closed. Firmware gets updated. Non-negotiable.

Who handles your setup

Small team. Everyone has at least five years in residential tech integration. We don't send juniors to complex jobs.

We stay current—certifications in most major smart home platforms, regular training on new protocols, active participation in security forums.

Between us, we've worked on over 300 homes across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. Apartments, townhouses, heritage properties with challenging infrastructure—we've seen most scenarios.

Where we work

Primary coverage: Greater Melbourne, Sydney metro, and Brisbane/Gold Coast regions.

We occasionally travel further for larger projects, but our core service area keeps travel time under an hour. That means we can respond quickly if something needs a follow-up visit.
